Miloš Kankaraš is a policy analyst involved in the work of OECD study of Social and Emotional Skills as well as in the OECD Early Learning and Child Well-being Study. Prior to joining OECD, Milos was working as a researcher in Eurofound, the European Union research institute, and as a researcher and lecturer at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Tilburg University (Netherlands). Milos has graduate degrees in educational psychology and international social policy, and a PhD in the area of cross-cultural survey methodology.
