La pandémie de COVID-19 a touché la Bulgarie alors que son économie se portait bien. Outre une poursuite de la politique de soutien destinée à aider les ménages et les entreprises à surmonter la crise, des réformes visant à moderniser l’économie, à améliorer l’environnement des entreprises et à étoffer les compétences de la main-d’œuvre contribueraient à renforcer la reprise du pays, selon un nouveau rapport de l’OCDE.

This note presents marginal effective tax rates (METRs) that summarise the tax system’s impact on the incentives to make an additional investment in a particular type of savings. By comparing METRs on different types of household savings, we can gain insights into which assets or savings types receive the most favourable treatment from the tax system
