The OECD Investment Promotion Agency (IPA) Network supports IPAs to conduct analytical work and facilitate peer-learning in the area of investment promotion and facilitation. OECD Corporate Governance Committee

The OECD Corporate Governance Committee co-ordinates and guides the Organisation's work on corporate governance, corporate finance and state-owned enterprises and oversees the implementation of the G20/OECD Principles of Corporate Governance and the OECD Guidelines on Corporate Governance of State-Owned Enterprises.

A public consultation on the draft revisions to the G20/OECD Principles of Corporate Governance prepared by the OECD Corporate Governance Committee was held between 19 September and 21 October 2022. The consultation was open to all interested institutions and individuals. All comments received are made available below with the consent of contributing parties.
