A public consultation on draft revisions to the OECD Guidelines on Corporate Governance of State-Owned Enterprises was held in July-September 2023. The consultation was open to all interested institutions and individuals. Comments received will inform the Working Party on State Ownership and Privatisation Practices' next steps on reviewing the Guidelines. All comments received are made available below with the consent of contributing parties.
