Core Foundations for 2030
Core foundations for 2030 are the fundamental skills, knowledge, attitudes and values that are prerequisites for further learning. They provide a basis for developing student agency and transformative competencies. They include:
- cognitive foundations, which include literacy and numeracy, upon which digital literacy and data literacy can be built
- health foundations, including physical and mental health, and well-being
- social and emotional foundations, including moral and ethics.
