Workshop on Recent Developments in Fighting Bid Rigging in Public Procurement

 

05 March 2024  OECD Conference Centre, Paris  

 

This one-day workshop for representatives of competition authorities explored developments concerning ex officio investigations against bid rigging. Some 160 participants from over 40 delegations discussed updates on data screening techniques, advocacy initiatives to prompt reports of suspicious conduct to competition authorities and cases based on whistle blowers reports.
