22/5/2017 - The latest OECD Economic Survey of Colombia, to be published on Thursday, 25 May, analyses the factors behind the country’s resilience to the global commodity slowdown as well as the outlook for 2017-18. The Survey discusses strategies for reinforcing economic stability, sustaining strong growth, raising productivity and making growth more inclusive.  

 

The Survey will be available to registered journalists on the OECD's password-protected website at 14:30 GMT (8:30am local time in Colombia) for immediate release.

 

OECD Director of Country Studies Alvaro Pereira will present the Survey in Bogota during a press conference with Colombia’s Finance Minister Mauricio Cardenas starting at 8:30 local time at the Casas de Santa Bárbara (Ministry of Finance, Carrera 7 No. 6B- 80, Bogotá D.C., Colombia).

 

An Overview of the Economic Survey, with the main conclusions, will be freely accessible in English and Spanish on the OECD’s web site at: http://www.oecd.org/economy/surveys/economic-survey-colombia.htm. You are invited to include this Internet link in reports on the Survey.
