OECD Economic Survey of Belgium launches Tuesday 20 June 2017

 

14/06/2017 - The latest OECD Economic Survey of Belgium, to be published on Tuesday 20 June 2017, looks at ways to boost growth that is both green and inclusive by focussing on productivity, public investment and the tax system.  Special chapters in the Survey discuss how to strengthen business innovation and raise skills.

 

The Survey will be available to registered journalists on the OECD's password-protected website at 11:00 a.m. Paris time (09.00 GMT) on Tuesday 20 June for immediate release.

 

OECD Secretary General Angel Gurría will present the Survey in Brussels during a press conference with Belgian Prime Minister Charles Michel at 11.00 local time on Tuesday 20 June at the Prime Minister’s Residence, 16, rue de la Loi, Brussels.

 

An Overview of the Economic Survey, with the main conclusions, will be freely accessible on the OECD’s web site at: http://www.oecd.org/economy/surveys/economic-survey-belgium.htm . You are invited to include this Internet link in reports on the Survey.
