Sarah Perret Head of the Personal and Property Taxes Unit Tax Policy and Statistics Division

Sarah Perret is Head of the Personal and Property Taxes Unit in the Tax Policy and Statistics Division of the OECD's Centre for Tax Policy and Administration. The Personal and Property Taxes Unit undertakes economic and policy analysis on a wide range of tax topics, including personal income taxes, social security contributions, property taxes, inheritance taxes and wealth taxes. Sarah has authored numerous studies on taxation, inequality and inclusive growth and led the production of flagship OECD reports, including the annual Tax Policy Reforms report and OECD Tax Policy Reviews.

joining the Centre for Tax Policy and Administration. She is a French and American national and holds two master’s degrees from the London School of Economics and Sciences Po Paris.
