An updated version of the database supporting the BEPS MLI application has been released, enabling tax authorities and others to project how the MLI modifies specific tax treaties. First published in 2017, this updated database is a vital tool for stakeholders implementing the BEPS MLI. It offers current and detailed information on the MLI's application to tax treaties, including "matching results" for each covered treaty.

Tax revenues are currently rising as a proportion of national incomes in Indonesia and Malaysia but continue to be substantially lower than for Korea, Japan and other OECD countries, according to a new OECD report.

The Comparative Information Series (CIS) is a comprehensive survey of tax administration practices across 30 OECD and 13 selected non-OECD countries. Its starting point is the premise that revenue bodies can be better informed and work more effectively together given a broad understanding of the administrative context in which each operates.
