The OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises were first adopted in 1976 and have been updated four times since then to ensure their continued relevance.   This booklet contains the official version of the text, implementation procedures and commentary from the 2000 revision of the Guidelines. The 2000 Guidelines have been translated into many other languages, including: Arabic, Chinese, Czech, German, Hungarian, Korean, Polish, Slovaque, Spanish, Swedish and Turkish. Other translations by adhering countries can be accessed via individual country websites .
