Moscow, Russia, 9 April 2008
The Moscow expert meeting provided an opportunity for OECD and Russian officials and experts to exchange experiences on investment policy issues based on the draft OECD 2008 Investment Policy Review of the Russian Federation to be published in summer 2008.
The Investment Policy Reviews are an integral part of the Investment Committee’s work. They seek to facilitate dialogue, share experience and build expertise between OECD members and partner countries.
The 2008 Investment Policy Review of the Russian Federation provides an update on recent developments in Russia’s international investment flows and policies and reports on corporate responsibility practices and initiatives of listed Russian companies. It also examines Russia’s energy investment policy based on the OECD Policy Framework on Investment.
The expert meeting was organised in co-operation with the Russian Ministry of Economic Development and Trade and with the financial support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland.
