OECD Economic Survey of Denmark 2024 – Tuesday 9 January

Press conference at 13:30 CET

The OECD will present its latest Economic Survey of Denmark on Tuesday 9 January. The Survey examines Denmark’s economic performance in the face of global and domestic challenges and makes policy recommendations to help address long-term risks to the country’s social model. A special chapter takes an in-depth look at tackling labour and skills shortages in a fast-changing economy.

OECD Deputy Secretary General Ulrik Vestergaard Knudsen will present the findings at a press conference alongside Denmark’s Finance Minister Nicolai Wammen from 13:30 local time on Tuesday 9 January at the Rentekammeret in the Ministry of Finance in Copenhagen. Journalists can attend the press conference in person or online. It will take place in English and will also be livestreamed at the Danish government website

Journalists are invited to register attendance in person by emailing Liv Arnth Jørgensen at the Ministry of Finance with their name, media and a copy of their press credentials.

The Survey will be published at 13:30 CET at the following link, which can be included in news articles: www.oecd.org/economy/denmark-economic-snapshot/
