Ramón González Carvajal

 

 

Ramón González Carvajal is Vice-Chancellor of Technology Transfer of the University of Seville. He obtained PhD degree in 1999 at the Electronics Engineering Department of the University of Seville, where he holds the position of full professor since 2008. He has been visiting professor in research centers like Texas A&M University, New Mexico State University, Imperial College of Engineering and Medicine, University of Catania or INAOE. His research interests are related to low-voltage and low-power circuit design in nanometre scale technologies with application in communications and control. He has published more than 300 research works, including 100 journal indexed papers. He has also participated in more than 70 research projects funded by organisations like NASA, National Science Foundation, EPSRC, EUREKA or the European Framework Program. He is co-author of 10 patents, 5 of them under exploitation contract with SEIKO-EPSON (Japan).
