Manuel Arroyo Maestre is the Manager of the Clusters and Strategic Sectors Division in the Andalusian Agency for Innovation and Development (IDEA). He co-ordinates the Andalusia Bio-region cluster. He holds a bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Seville. He has worked for Instituto de Fomento de Andalucía (former regional development Agency), in the Andalusian Institute of Technology with responsibilities for quality management systems and as AENOR's (National Quality and Standards Management Agency) quality consultant.
