Julio Revilla is the President of the Social Council of the University of Huelva. He has also been the President Co-ordinator of the Forum of Social Councils of the Public Universities of Andalusia for the last two years. On May 2009 he was appointed Vice-president of the Association of the Social Councils of all Public Universities in Spain. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Seville and a Master in Foreign Trade from the Instituto de Empresa College in Madrid. He is the Executive President of Group Chemtrol. He is the CEO of  Consorcio de Jabugo, which holds six companies specialised in the rearing of Iberian pork as well as the manufacturing and commercialising of products obtained from both conventional and organic farming.
