Juhani Nieminen is the Vice President of the Lahti University of Applied Sciences in Finland. He is the head of the welfare division and his responsibilities include international affairs, pedagogical development and quality and assessment operations. He is a specialist in vocational training and education. In addition to his academic employment, he has made a career in export marketing and sales. He has also written several books and hundreds of articles and translated 30 books from English and Swedish to Finnish. His research areas include motivation and vocational growth and international marketing.
