Isabel de Haro Aramberri is General Secretary of Industrial and Energetic Development in the regional Ministry of Economy, Innovation and Science of Andalusia and President of the Andalusian Energy Agency. She holds a degree in Economics by the University of Malaga and a Master in European Studies by the College of Europe in Bruges. She has held different positions in the Regional Government of Andalusia, including Managing Director of Educational Assessment and Teacher Training for the Regional Ministry of Education (1996-2000) and European Community Affairs General Director in the Regional Ministry of Presidency (1988-1995).
