Ignacio J. Molina

 

 

Ignacio J. Molina is Vice Rector for the Health Sciences Technology Park at the University of Granada, where he is a professor of Immunology. He obtained a medical degree and a doctorate from the University of Córdoba and holds a diploma in Immunology. He was appointed Research Associate at the Department of Pathology of Tufts University Medical School in Boston and Research Fellow at the Department of Pediatrics of Harvard University before joining the University of Granada. He was Director of the University of Granada’s Graduate Program in Immunology and Director of the Department of Biochemistry, Molecular Biology and Immunology. He is a member of several national and international scientific societies and peer-review agencies, where he has gained a significant expertise in scientific evaluation and quality accreditation processes. His research interest are focused on the gene therapy of primary immunodeficiencies.
