Francisco Pérez Cutiño is  the General Manager of Sociedad para el Impulso del Talento (TALENTIA), which promotes the international mobility of postgraduate students and researchers under the supervision of the Regional Ministry of Economy, Innovation and Science of Andalusia. He has a bachelor degree in Journalism from the University of Seville and a masters of Business Administration from the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge. He has been an advisor to the Vice-presidency at the Government of Spain, a Head of Cabinet for the Regional Ministry of Public Works and Transports of Andalusia, an analyst for the Regional Ministry of Presidency of Andalusia, a communication consultant for companies in different industries and a reporter for several printed media in Spain.
