Francisco Jiménez Luque is Director of European Programmes and International Co-operation of the Andalusian Agency for Innovation and Development. He was previously in charge of the Agro-industrial Division (2004-10). He has also worked as Executive Manager in the Institute of Mediterranean Food ( 2003-04), Head of Agri-Food Division  in the Public Company for Agricultural and Fisheries Development (1999-2002) and responsible for Agriculture and Fisheries Affairs in the Andalusian Regional Representation before the European Communities (1994-99). He holds an Agricultural Engineering Degree from the University of Cordoba and has completed studies in business management of Agri-Food Industries at San Telmo International Institute in Seville and advanced management at the IE Business School in Madrid.
