Elvira Saint-Gerons Herrera is the Managing Director of the Three Cultures Foundation. She has a degree in Philosophy and Arts and was the delegate of the Regional Government of Andalusia in Brussels. Before that, she was the head of the research and develop unit in the Delegation of Regional Government of Andalusia in Brussels. She has represented the Regional Government of Andalusia in networks and forums of regions which work in the Mediterranean area, such as the Conference for Peripheral and Maritime Regions (CRPM), the Global Forum of the Associations of the Regions or the Associations of Border Regions of Europe.
