Adolfo Borrero  is the General Director of the Division of Public Administrations of Telvent, an Andalusian company listed on NASDACQ stock exchange. He is also President of ETICOM, the Andalusian ICT Companies Association. He is responsible for  the development of the e-health care and government businesses for Telvent. He was the manager of the Telvent.com division, overseeing the development of the e-business practice. He has also been involved in GIS and knowledge management projects. He has a degree in electrical engineer from the Technical University of Electrical Engineers of Seville and MBA from San Telmo International Business School. He is also an active member of the Strategic Committee of Telvent, President of AETIC Andalusian branch, and VP of CITIC, two leading IT associations in Spain.
