    OECD Clean Energy Finance and Investment Mobilisation Programme

    This OECD programme, also referred to as CEFIM, aims to strengthen domestic enabling conditions to attract finance and investment in renewable electricity and energy efficiency in five emerging economies in Asia and Latin America.
