Le Luxembourg a entrepris des réformes législatives et institutionnelles importantes depuis son évaluation de Phase 3, en 2011, selon un nouveau rapport du Groupe de travail de l’OCDE sur la corruption. La réforme constitutionnelle entrée en vigueur le 1er juillet 2023 visant à renforcer et moderniser le statut des magistrats fait notamment partie de ces avancées.

6 March 2024 - OECD Competition Trends is a annual publication presenting unique insights into global competition trends based on analysis of data from more than 77 OECD and non-OECD jurisdictions. The 2024 edition report has a special chapter on merger control, which provides for the first time a disaggregate analysis of the participating jurisdictions. It also contains an analysis of all merger prohibition cases between 2015 and 2022.

Depuis 2011, le Canada a engagé d’importantes réformes législatives pour renforcer son cadre de lutte contre la corruption transnationale, en instaurant notamment, en 2018, les accords de réparation, qui sont un mécanisme d’accord hors procès. En dépit de ces efforts louables, le niveau de répression de l’infraction de corruption transnationale par le Canada reste faible.

La Roumanie a achevé le processus visant à devenir la 45ème Partie à la Convention sur la lutte contre la corruption d'agents publics étrangers dans les transactions commerciales internationales (la Convention anti-corruption de l'OCDE), démontrant ainsi son engagement en faveur de la transparence et de la lutte contre la corruption.
