2014 high-level forum - Practical information

Getting there

The OECD High Level Policy Forum on Migration: Mobilising Migrants’ Skills for Economic Success, will be held on Monday 1 and Tuesday 2 December 2014 at:

Access

The welcome desk at the Conference Centre will be open at 9h00 on Monday 1 December. For practical information, follow this link to the OECD Conference Centre.

The opening session of the Forum will begin at 10h45 on the morning of the 1 December.

Please ensure that you allow at least 15 minutes to register before the Forum starts. Participants are kindly asked to carry a photographic ID with them to facilitate the registration process. Participants might not be allowed to enter the room once the opening session has started. A badge for the conference should be worn at all times to gain access to the Forum and parallel sessions. Catering during the Forum

A working lunch for all Heads of Delegation will take place on the first day of the Forum from 12h45 to 14h30.

For all other participants, a coffee bar located in the heart of the conference centre is open from 08h30 to 17h00 for coffee and snacks. A cafeteria is open from 08h00 to 17h00 offering breakfast, lunch, salads, sandwiches and snacks throughout the day. A self-service restaurant is open from 11h45 to 14h15 with seating capacity of 700 persons. A restaurant with waiter service, offering refined dishes is open from 12h00 to 14h00. Forum Material

OECD delegations can collect conference folders and badges for their country representatives at the Forum in advance. These will be issued on Friday 28 November at the Conference Centre between 10h00-12h00 and 14h00-16h00.

 

Press Event
