In 1993, graduated from Ryazan Medical Institute.
From 1995 to 1997, attended internship and residency at Penza Institute of  Doctors Advanced Education. Has a certificate of neuropathologist.
Worked as a doctor at polyclinic and as assistant of neuropathology department at Penza Institute of Doctors Advanced Education.
In 2003 graduated from Russian Medical Academy of Postgraduate Studies, Moscow with a Ph.D degree in neuropathology.
From 2003, neurology division superintendent at Burnazyan Clinical Hospital № 6.
From 2006 deputy head physician of medical affairs at Burnazyan Clinical Hospital № 6. At the same time chief neurologist of  FMBA of the Russian Federation.
In 2006 received a certificate on public health and health management.
From 1997 to the present day, scientific, educational and teaching activities, currently is an associate professor of neurology (Diploma of Associate Professor № 033977 from 16.03.2005.).

Has more than 30 published scientific works, both in the central and international health publications.

Developed and implemented in to practical health more than 10 guidelines.

Developed and implemented rationalisation proposal (ID № 03/03 of 19 March 2003), "Method of estimating the duration of the phenomenon of "switching-on  -  switching-off "at late stages of Parkinson's disease."

From 2008, Director of the Department of Medical Service Organization and Health System Development, Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation.
