How to get to the Conference Center.

Access

The welcome desk at the Conference Centre will be open at 8:30 on Monday 15 January. The opening session of the Forum will begin at 9:15 on the morning of the 15 january. Please ensure that you arrive at least 30 minutes before the Forum starts.

Participants should bring a photographic ID with them to falicitate the access process. Participants might not be allowed to enter the room once the opening session has started. A badge for the conference should be worn at all times to gain access to the Forum and parallel sessions. Working languages

English, with simultaneous interpretation into French during the plenary sessions.

Forum material

The programme guide will be distributed on the day of the Forum. Please check the IFMS webiste for the programme updates.

Catering during the Forum

A coffee bar located in the heart of the conference centre is open from 08:30 to 17:00 for coffee and snacks. A café is open from 08:00 to 17:00 offering breakfast, lunch, salads, sandwiches and snacks throughout the day. A self-service restaurant is open from 11:45 to 14:15 with seating capacity of 700 persons.

Internet access

Visitors can use a free Wi-Fi service called HotspotOECD within the Conference Centre, as well as "cyber café" facilities such as PCs and printers.
