		OECD/INFE Survey Instrument to Measure the Financial Literacy of MSMEs The OECD/INFE, through its working group on Financial Education for MSMEs, developed a survey instrument to measure financial literacy among micro and small MSME owners. The questionnaire was piloted in 2018-2019 in seven volunteering countries and was further revised in 2020 to take into account the implications of the COVID-19 crisis on businesses.
