The number of institutions producing high quality impact evaluations is growing. Below are some useful links to the impact evaluations databases of the Poverty Action Lab (J-Pal); Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA); the Center of Evaluation for Global Action (CEGA) and the International Initiative for Impact Evaluation (3ie). 	Poverty Action Lab (J-Pal) The Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) is a network of 49 affiliated professors around the world who are united by their use of Randomized Evaluations (REs) to answer questions critical to poverty alleviation. J-PAL's mission is to reduce poverty by ensuring that policy is based on scientific evidence. www.povertyactionlab.org
	International Initiative for Impact Evaluation (3ie) 3ie seeks to improve the lives of poor people in low- and middle-income countries by providing, and summarizing, evidence of what works, when, why and for how much. 3ie’s work will address the enduring questions of development. Evidence will be collected from synthetic reviews of existing evidence, updated as new evidence appears. 3ie operates a grant program, financing impact studies in low- and middle-income countries, and supports quality impact evaluation through its quality assurance services. www.3ieimpact.org

	Development Impact Evaluation Initiative (World Bank) The Development Impact Evaluation Initiative is a World Bank-wide program to generate knowledge on the effectiveness of development policies. Working across 18 thematic areas, DIME collaborates with 300 agencies in 72 countries to improve the effectiveness of policies and programs and strengthen country capacity for real-time evidence-based policy-making. www.worldbank.org/dime
	Center for Effective Global Action (CEGA) The Center for Effective Global Action (CEGA) is a multi-disciplinary research center at the University of California, Berkeley advancing global health and development through impact evaluation and economic analysis.
