Le programme pour le renforcement des capacités commerciales (PRCC) est un programme pilote d’aide au commerce à caractère bilatéral initié en 2002 par la Direction générale du Trésor et de la Politique économique (DGTPE) et l’Agence Française de Développement (AFD).
