    Ex-post evaluation report on the project for modernization of communication and information system of the state ministries of the Republic of Paraguay

    The project was started in 2006 upon an official request of the government of Paraguay. The project was successfully implemented until 2009, and the outcomes of the project has been actively used since then. The ex-post evaluation as was undertaken in this report intends to evaluate the prolonged performance of the project.

    Ex-post evaluation report on the project for establishment of an e-procurement pilot system in Vietnam

    The purpose of this ex-post evaluation study was to examine whether the project was well conducted and thus achieved the goals and expected outcomes, focusing on long-term effects. Overall, the e-procurement pilot system was evaluated "successfully implemented" by getting 9 out of 12 points.

    Ex-Post Evaluation Report on the Project for Establishing Government Integrated Data Center in Nepal

    Since official development assistance on Nepal regarding various e‐Government projects is increasing, KOICA will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of these projects ex‐post evaluation. Also, KOICA supported a project in implementing a Government Integrated Data Center in Nepal (2007‐2009).

    This performance evaluation report presents the independent evaluation of the Grameenphone telecommunications projects in Bangladesh. It identifies the lessons from the project which can then be used to assist in the design and implementation of future ADB private sector operations in the region, particularly investments in similar projects.
