Mohammad A. Razzaque

 

Mohammad A. Razzaque holds a Ph D in Economics from the University of Sussex, UK, and is currently Economic Adviser at the Economic Affairs Division of the Commonwealth Secretariat, London, UK.

 

His primary research interests lie in the area of applied trade policy analysis. His recent publications include two co-edited volumes: Trade-Development-Poverty Linkages: Reflections from Selected Asian and Sub-Saharan African Countries (CUTS: 2008) and Global Rice and Agricultural Trade Liberalisaton: Poverty and Welfare Implications for South Asia (Commonwealth Secretariat and Academic Foundation: 2008), and several chapters of a book, Commodity Prices and Development (Oxford University Press: 2007).

 

He has also undertaken empirical research on poverty and labour issues.
