Accreditation

For security reasons, all participants must be accredited and be in possession of their identification badge at all times, including at social events. Participants will receive their badges at the registration desk upon arrival at the Conference. Please note that the access to the meeting room will be restricted to those wearing their identification badges.

 

Hotels

Participants are responsible for hotel reservations and payment. A list of Hotels within the vicinity of the OECD Headquarters is available on the OECD Conference Centre website.

As an IMHE 2012 conference participant and in partnership with Suite Voyage, you can book hotel rooms within easy reach of the Conference Centre at discounted prices.

Please note that, due to a large number of events taking place in Paris, we strongly recommend that you book your hotel rooms as soon as possible in order to guarantee availability.

In order to play our part in respecting the environment, Suite Voyage and the IMHE Conference have included several hotels which are committed to an eco-friendly approach or meet some ecological and sustainable criteria.
