OECD/INFE symposium on financial literacy in the evolving digital financial landscape

This symposium, organised by the OECD International Network on Financial Education (INFE) considered financial literacy in the evolving digital financial landscape. Discussions focused on:

• Developments in digital finance and implications for financial literacy policy
• Financial literacy, behavioural biases, and financial decision-making
• Supporting digital financial inclusion

International experts from some 50 countries attended this hybrid event, including high-level officials from government, central banks, financial institutions and not-for-profit organisations, as well as representatives from the academic community, private and civil sectors.

The symposium was held held back-to-back with the meetings of the Advisory Board and Technical Committee of the OECD/INFE. Full members can access meeting documentation and follow-up here.
