    External Evaluation of ICEIDA support to the implementation of FALP in Kalangala District

    This report presents findings of the ICEIDA support to implementation of Functional Adult Literacy Programme (FALP) in Kalangala district Local Government. The main focus of the evaluation was to assess the outcomes and impacts of the Project and examine the effects on the beneficiaries. The evaluation paid special attention to the outcomes and impact of Functional Adult Literacy activities in Beach Management Units.

    Formative evaluation of World Food Programme’s Livelihoods Programme, Karamoja, Uganda

    The purpose of this formative evaluation is to provide an independent assessment on the merit and worth of the World Food Programme (WFP) strategy on livelihood recovery in Karamoja. The primary audience for this evaluation report is DFID, although it also aims to speak to other stakeholders, especially the Office of the Prime-minister and WFP, and to provide the basis for a dialogue within the partnership.
