Evaluation of Humanitarian Mine Action
The evaluation finds that Finland MoFA lacks a clear strategy over how mine action and victim assistance fits within its wider development cooperation remit. Implementing agencies have performed well but without an effective exit strategy. MFA should cease funding Angola and Cambodia, concentrating its resources in fragile states where it has an embassy, and where complementarity with wider security issues is assured.

Os objectivos da avaliação são fornecer informação relevante à cooperação portuguesa e a Angola sobre a programação e implementação da cooperação entre os dois países que permita tomar decisões sobre a programação futura e identificar lições e propor recomendações para a reorientação da estratégia do PIC.

Justice Sector Cooperation with Portuguese-speaking African Countries
The overall goal of this evaluation was to assess the contribution of Portuguese Cooperation to the reinforcement of the capacities of the national justice systems and their strengthening, to determine whether the Portuguese support contributed to greater accessibility and better access to justice for the citizens, as well as to identify new areas of cooperation, based upon the good practices and lessons learned.
