    Capacity Building in Public Finance: An evaluation of activities in the South Pacific

    This AusAID Evaluation had two objectives. Firstly, it was to assess the relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, impact and sustainability of financial management capacity building activities in Samoa, Tonga and Vanuatu.
