The Global Forum Secretariat assists Qatar in implementing the Common Reporting Standard

 

The Ministry of Finance of Qatar invited the Global Forum Secretariat to lead a one-day workshop for officials on the implementation of the Common Reporting Standard on 4 September 2018 in Doha. This workshop was followed by a seminar for financial institutions held on 5 September 2018. The workshop and the seminar were led by Kaelen Onusko and Hakim Hamadi, Global Forum Tax Policy Advisors, and were attended by 50 Qatari officials and 150 representatives of the financial institutions in Qatar.
