03/10/2013 - In advance of its 12-13 November public consultation event on transfer pricing matters, the OECD  releases today a memorandum describing certain issues related to transfer pricing documentation and country by country reporting that will be discussed at the consultation. 

 

While written comments are not requested, it is hoped that this memorandum will assist business in preparing for the public consultation and help to focus some of the discussions at the consultation.
