17/05/2013 - The Forum on Tax Administration - Tax Commissioners from 45 countries -  has been meeting in Moscow for the past two days and released this communiqué.

The Forum on Tax Administration was created in July 2002 by the OECD with the aim of promoting dialogue between tax administrations and of identifying good tax administration practices.
