New Ways of Working series
The New Ways of Working series presents short case studies of innovative working practices that that have been adopted by tax administrations, including as a consequence of the COVID-19 pandemic. Over time, this series will cover many different aspects of tax administration work, from internal management practices, to innovative use of technology tools and the new ways tax administrations are responding to the needs of taxpayers. The case studies are also intended to explore how tax administrations have responded to external pressures, outside the traditional areas of tax administration such as stronger measures to ensure gender equality, working with other government agencies and external bodies and international co-operation.
