BACKGROUND

On 31 May 2016, a discussion draft was released on Action 15 (Development of a Multilateral Instrument to Implement the Tax Treaty related Measures) of the BEPS Action Plan.

Public comments were invited on technical issues identified in a request for input related to the development of a multilateral instrument to implement the tax-treaty related BEPS measures.

Comments and input were sent by email before 30 June 2016. 

The OECD is grateful for the input and has published a compilation of the comments received.

Online registration is open. The public consultation meeting is open to the public and the press. Persons wishing to attend this meeting are able to register online.
