Mr. Angel Gurría, Secretary-General of the OECD, commemorated Slovenia’s 10 year anniversary as a Member of the OECD alongside Mr. Janez Janša, Prime Minister of Slovenia. The Secretary-General then presented the 2020 OECD Economic Survey of Slovenia.
The Secretary-General will then present the 2020 OECD Economic Survey of Slovenia, alongside Messrs. Andrej Šircelj, Minister of Finance, Tomaž Gantar, Minister of Health and Janez Cigler Kralj, Minister of Labour, Family, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities, Slovenia.
Mr. Angel Gurría, Secretary-General of the OECD, was in Slovenia from 3 to 5 September 2017. He held bilateral meetings with Mr. Borut Pahor, President, and Mr. Miro Cerar, Prime Minister of the Republic of Slovenia, as well as with several Ministers, the President of the National Assembly and members of Parliament.
Mr. Gurría presented the 2015 OECD Economic Survey of Slovenia and met with the Slovenian President, Prime Minister and several government officials.
This conference presented the report prepared for Slovenia as part of the OECD LEED "Improving social inclusion at the local level through the social economy" project in the framework of the Forum on Social Innovations.
On the occasion of his first official visit to Slovenia, OECD Secretary-General Angel Gurría launched the Economic survey of Slovenia on 1 July 2009.
