This seminar was held in the framework of the OECD Regulatory Reform Review in China. To support discussions between the Chinese Government and OECD member countries during the analysis and formulation of the Review, a number of policy makers and experts from China and OECD countries met. The working groups covered mainly two areas of work: i) trade and competition, ii) regulatory frameworks at both the national and municipal level.
Following the OECD Country reviews’ structure, the meeting included four thematic sections covering: capacities for regulatory policy, trade openness and competition, regulatory frameworks for selected sectors, in this case public service delivery.
Below is a list of reports that were discussed during the meeting as well as the powerpoint presentations, the agenda and the list of participants.
