Law evaluation and better regulation: the role for parliaments

Paris, 5 December 2013

 

Senators and members of the French Government met in Paris to discuss the role of parliaments in promoting regulation and the challenges involved in implementation. The meeting built on the experience of French, European and International experience and various examples from specialised scrutiny units from Sweden, the UK and the EU were discussed.
