This study updates the results of the 2017 OECD report Fake Goods, Real Losses: Trade in Counterfeit Products and the UK Economy.

It examines the scale of counterfeit and pirated products smuggled into the UK, and the effect on consumers, industries and the UK government, as well as the scale and effects of global trade in counterfeit goods that infringe on the rights of UK trademark holders.
