11th OECD High Level Risk Forum

 

The OECD High Level Risk Forum (HLRF) provides a platform for countries to share their experiences in the governance and management of critical risks.

The 11th meeting of the HLRF will convene the risk and crisis management policy community to share experiences and interim lessons from the COVID-19 crisis, and forge a path forward to better prepare for the future.   


Topic covered included:

  • Managing in-crisis trade-offs during the COVID-19 pandemic
  • Adapting risk and crisis communication to the changing ‘infoscape’
  • Strengthening coordination between national policy and local implementation of critical risk management measures
  • Building adaptive capacity for the next major crisis
  • Reinforcing preparedness for emerging risks “emerging risks” and “horizon risks”
  • OECD indicators on governance of critical infrastructure resilience
  • Implementation of the OECD Recommendation on Governance of Critical Risks
