Regulatory policy

OECD regulatory policy by country

 

The OECD works with OECD members and non-members in  a variety of ways in relation to regulatory policy and governance.  It aims to support countries to develop and implement good regulatory practices in pursuit of better social, economic and environmental objectives.

The work on regulatory policy is overseen by the Regulatory Policy Committee, and brings together policy officials responsible for cross-cutting and horizontal regulatory reform policies.

Since 1999, a body of work has been achieved in OECD member and non-member countries. The information available to date is displayed below:
