3 June 2021

The Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic has offered an unprecedented opportunity to find a new balance of remote working and in office presence in the public sector.

Today, the time is right to set a blueprint for returning to the office, not as it was before the crisis, but as it will be for years into the future.

Participants discussed:

• What has been learned about remote working in this last year?
• How do public servants expect to be working in the future?
• What kind of policies can be implemented today to:
     - maximise productivity?
     - increase workforce flexibility?
     - protect work life balance?
